Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide high-quality patient care in our hospital and healthcare facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist with daily patient care, monitoring, mobility support, and ward operations, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for all patients.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in clinical support, bedside care, or hospital nursing assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and feeding
  • Support nurses with patient care and routine clinical tasks
  • Monitor and report patient conditions and changes to nursing staff
  • Transport patients safely within the healthcare facility
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of patient rooms and wards
  • Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Handle medical equipment and supplies appropriately
  • Provide compassionate and professional patient support
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or Patient Care Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care practices
