You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that promote a safe and supportive environment for patients working closely with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses in delivering direct patient care including daily living activities and personal hygiene
  • Monitor vital signs report any changes to the healthcare team and assist with basic medical procedures
  • Support patients in mobility and ensure their safety during daily activities
  • Help manage medication regimens and provide reminders to patients
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
