Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessments medications and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the needs of each patient
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management treatment options and wellness practices
• Document patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols while delivering care in various environments
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay current with nursing practices

Requirements

• Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse
