We are looking for an energetic and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for setting goals providing guidance and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mentor and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
  
• Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations deal with structuring and problemsolving.
  

• Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and mentor a team of real estate agents. Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in deal structuring.
  
• Deep understanding of the real estate market competitor activities and industry trends.
  
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive team success.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide team members and interact with clients.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to support agents in overcoming challenges.
  
• Experience in conducting training sessions and professional development for sales teams.
  
• Ability to work closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to enhance efficiency.
