Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff.
  • Assist the Store Manager in efficient and profitable operation of the store.
  • End to end store responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
  • Promote the Loyalty Program for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Manage daily roaster, leave and grievances of retail staff.
