Job summary
A leading property management firm in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor with a fit-out background to oversee on-site projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of safety regulations are a must for this role.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement.

The Site Supervisor (Fit-Out Background) is responsible for overseeing on-site fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and progress.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
