Project Inspection Coordinator - E&I QC Engineer

• Ensure execution of quality control activities on purchased goods and availability of relevant documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements and project procedures/contract, optimizing costs.
• Ensure timely updates of Company Information Systems with reliable data on quality control and inspection activities.
• Coordinate internal Inspectors and Inspection Agencies to achieve project goals efficiently and cost-effectively, following company best practices and procedures.

• Review project quality control requirements and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings, supporting supply chain management.
• Assist in issuing Project QC procedures and finalizing PMC and IDS documentation.
• Support in PO Inspection Classification and vendor quality document reviews (ITP and Test Procedures).
• Ensure all necessary documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is prepared before inspections.
• Plan and organize PIM meetings with vendors, ensuring all relevant parties are present.
• Coordinate inspection notifications with clients and third parties, ensuring all documentation is in order prior to inspections.
• Verify conditions after final tests and ensure timely issuance of inspection reports.
