A global technology company is seeking a Senior Planning & Monitoring Engineer to oversee project planning and monitoring for 400 kV GIS projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 11 years of experience in the energy sector, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise in project management tools like Primavera P6. Key responsibilities include project baseline preparation, progress tracking, and team mentorship. This role requires a degree in engineering and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Planning and Monitoring Engineer.
• Handling 400 kV GIS projects from the energy & power industry in the GCC/UAE.
• PMP Certification and expertise in Project Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Baseline Schedules and resource allocation.
• Establish project Work Break-down Structure (WBS) and control strategy.
• Coordinate project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project progress reports.
• Supervise and mentor subordinate staff.
