A leading energy consultancy is seeking a Structural Engineer for an FLNG project, based in Dubai and initially in India. The role involves supervising engineering tasks, reviewing specifications, and mentoring team members. Applicants should have 8-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, a degree in Engineering, and the ability to navigate offshore operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant international project with a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- 8/10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Able to climb ladders and operate in offshore conditions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 3D model and layouts development during engineering.
- Manage structural interfaces between contractors.
- Develop/review structural specifications.
- Provide support to purchasing activities.
- Act as Field engineer for technical clarifications.
- Mentor in materials technologies.
