A global construction consulting firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee MEP trades and ensure project success. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of Construction/MEP experience, and a strong understanding of building codes and local authority requirements. Qualificações
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction / MEP projects.
- Proven track record as a Construction Manager on large MEP scopes.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and lead Construction Supervision Consultant (MEP).
- Coordinate with QAQC and HSE Managers.
- Represent Employer and PMC on-site for inspections.
