Job summary
A regional logistics company in Dubai is seeking a Spare Parts Operations Manager to oversee inventory strategy, supplier performance, and warehouse optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in supply chain operations within the automotive sector and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in the Middle East is preferred. This role provides an opportunity to lead in regional spare parts operations and improve logistics performance.

Responsibilities
- Handle regional operations: order processing, inventory control, logistics coordination and data analysis.
- Oversee regional warehouse activities and optimize layout.
- Streamline inventory structure to enhance turnover.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics companies.
- Develop and revise demand forecasts.

You will be at the centre of our regional spare parts operations responsible for inventory strategy, supplier performance, warehouse optimisation and system-driven process management. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director this role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end logistics performance across the Gulf and broader MEA region.
- Handle regional operations: order processing, inventory control, logistics coordination and data analysis.
- Oversee regional warehouse activities.
- Optimize layout and operational procedures.
- Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Streamline inventory structure to enhance turnover.
- Ensure high availability of essential and high-demand parts.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics companies and warehousing partners.
- Ensure timely deliveries and minimise demurrage costs.
- Develop and regularly revise demand forecasts.
- Work closely with sales and after-sales teams.
- Establish and implement SOPs.
- Drive digital and system-based management approaches.
- Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Support dealers in growing their spare parts business.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, mechanical engineering or automotive-related fields.
- 5 years in spare parts or supply chain operations in the automotive sector.
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Proficient in ERP/DMS systems.
- SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
- Strong in data analysis, planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
