We are establishing a new high-end bakery & café concept in Dubai and are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager (Male) to lead the operational foundation of the brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and an exceptional understanding of F&B operations.

The ideal candidate will be either:

• A senior professional with 10+ years of proven success in the F&B sector, capable of independently running operations at a high standard; or

• A younger, highly educated leader with advanced business insight, innovation-driven thinking, and the ability to implement modern operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for daily bakery/café operations, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
  • Establish and enforce operational frameworks, SOPs, inventory controls, and quality-assurance systems.
  • Lead workforce planning, staff development, performance management, and team motivation.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and cost-control mechanisms to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with culinary and branding teams to uphold and elevate product standards and customer experience.
  • Monitor financial metrics, operational KPIs, and business performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, business expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and support strategic initiatives to enhance the brand’s market presence and long-term sustainability.
