About the Role

We are looking for a highly specialized Logistics Manager who comes directly from the delivery field. This role is not for corporate rider supervisors or office-based managers. We need someone who has personally worked as a bike delivery rider, understands the challenges of the job, and has outgrown the role into team leadership.

You will manage the full delivery operations cycle, including recruiting riders, training, monitoring performance, transmitting orders, implementing fines, and solving on-ground issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a personal pool of bike riders working on a pay-per-order model.
• Train new riders on company SOPs, routes, delivery standards, and customer communication.
• Monitor rider efficiency, punctuality, and customer feedback.
• Enforce discipline, issue fines when required, and maintain accurate records.
• Assign and transmit incoming orders accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot operational issues on the ground — delays, rider problems, customer complaints, or route challenges.
• Ensure successful and smooth delivery operations daily.
• Keep performance data, daily order logs, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Must have previous hands‑on experience as a bike delivery rider (no exceptions).
• Must have on‑ground understanding of routes, real delivery challenges, and rider behaviour.
• Must have an existing network/pool of riders ready to onboard on a pay-per-order basis.
• Proven experience supervising or leading delivery riders is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage peak‑hour operations.
• Must be highly organized, reliable, and field‑driven (not a desk‑only role).
