Female Nursery Managers Needed | Teach in Abu Dhabi | Teach in Dubai | ASAP and Next Academic Year Start

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Nursery Managers with a good understanding of the EYFS or Montessori to join our client in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Our client has over 40 years of experience in education and aims to develop its business model in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2-4 years. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a high-quality, play-based curriculum tailored to young children.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of qualified early childhood educators and support staff.
• Providing ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Managing the nursery's budget, financial records, and resources efficiently.
• Building strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and assessments.
• Participating in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Developing marketing and outreach strategies to attract new families.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Director in a reputable institution.
• Strong knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of educators and support staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed, or relevant Bachelor's Degree with a teaching qualification.

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Additional preferences include experience teaching in the Middle East, working in an Islamic environment, and prior nursery management experience in the UAE.
