Senior Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Job summary
A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis for its Dubai location. The role involves providing specialized nursing care, managing patient documentation, and performing medically prescribed interventions. Candidates must hold a Nursing degree and have at least 8 years of experience in a Dialysis Unit. Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is a plus. Qualifications
- Must have a present license with DOH permit to practice in Dubai.
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a Dialysis Unit.
- Arabic speaking is preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Dialysis Unit.
- Manage and document care along with patient/family teaching.
- Execute medically prescribed interventions.

Education
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Dialysis Unit, focusing on the comfort and well‑being of patients.
- Perform nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Deliver, hand over, manage, and document care and patient/family teaching; coordinate with the healthcare team.
- Execute medically prescribed interventions in the Dialysis Unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
- Present license in the country of origin, with DOH permit (Registered Nurse) to practice in Dubai, UAE.
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a Dialysis Unit.
- BLS certification.
- Must be well-versed in spoken and written English; Arabic speaking is preferable but not essential.
