PROJECT ENGINEER- FIRE ALARM AND FIRE FIGHTING INDUSTRY
Job summary
A fire protection firm in the UAE is seeking a motivated Project Engineer specialized in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years UAE experience and a deep understanding of local civil defense regulations. Responsibilities include managing fire safety projects from planning to handover, liaising with authorities for approvals, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and a UAE driving license are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in reviewing drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- UAE Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and material submittals.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and civil defense authorities for project approvals and inspections.
- Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
- Manage project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer specialized in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems to join our team immediately. - Immediate availability to join.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in reviewing drawings technical submittals and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- UAE Driving License.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection Engineering.
