We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Indian Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials procurement.
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams.
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
