A leading property management company in Dubai is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, handle leasing processes, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business, along with 3-5 years of experience in property management. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are essential for maximizing property value and maintaining tenant relations.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of property management or real estate experience.
- Real Estate Broker’s License (if required in your state).
- Preferred: Experience with investor-owned properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including inspections and maintenance.
- Handle leasing processes: market vacancies and screen tenants.
- Prepare budgets, collect rent, and provide financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws.
- Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and property value.
- Maintain excellent tenant relations and resolve issues.
- Supervise on-site staff and negotiate contracts with service providers.
