Job summary

A leading architectural consultancy in Dubai is seeking a skilled Site Inspector to conduct inspections and ensure quality standards on high-rise residential and luxury hospitality projects. Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and a strong consultancy background in the UAE. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work on prestigious projects in a vibrant location.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience in site inspection, including civil enabling works.
  • Proven experience with high-rise residential towers and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Must have a consultancy background with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Monitor compliance with contract documents and regulations.
  • Review and provide comments on shop drawings and method statements.
  • Identify and follow up on non-conforming work and observations.
  • Inspect architectural finishes including masonry and painting.
  • Coordinate with other inspectors to ensure integration and avoid conflicts.
  • Participate in snagging activities and maintain records.
  • Attend coordination meetings as needed.
