Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to lead property sales, manage the direct sales team, and build strong relationships with brokers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Acquire, onboard, and manage broker channels to expand sales reach.
- Drive off-plan property sales including new launches and premium developments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Train and develop sales staff on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Ensure sales compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and real estate regulations.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage high-value client negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Track and improve sales processes and CRM usage for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, client preferences, and team performance.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including documentation, client follow-up, and issue resolution.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan projects in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and broker networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Highly professional, proactive, and self-motivated.
