Job Description

Manage multiple site teams. Lead the civil team and operational management in any Civil Landscape activities. Manage construction sites and subcontractors.

· Will be reporting to Landscape Manager/ Divisional Head.

· Manage any type of civil activities allocated.

· Helping in preparing the estimation.

· Preparing shop drawing as per the site condition.

· Preparing the material list to execute the Job.

· Getting the quote from the supplier with the budgeted price for constructing the site.

· Economical utilization of the manpower coordinating with the supervisor.

· Attending meetings with Consultants and Project Managers from the client side for site coordination

· Ensuring daily site visit and progress meeting with Site Foreman for building the team

· Daily site visit, Resource controlling grouping all the project team members in Whatsapp and Outlook in common issues.

· Preparing daily progress report and cost analysis report to superiors.

· Subcontractor finalization for all Civil related works getting quotation, Technical and cost comparison.

· Daily expense control in office maintenance, site maintenance, petty cash.

· Month on month exact cost tracking for project, Alert and Control the Cost overcome on time.

· Preparing site daily progress report and cost analysis report

· Method statement of works and inspection test plan as per the project specification, coordinating with the Consultant for approval.

· As built drawings for completed works raising final handover inspection closing all the snags issued by consultant and submitting.

· Operation and maintenance manual

· Engaged in materials & shop drawing schedule preparation and submitting the materials and drawing as per the project specification and seeking approvals to complete the procurement task in order to complete the project at the earliest.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Years and Industry of experience: 8+ in a Civil Landscape role

2. Education: B. tech/BE Civil and above

3. Technical Knowledge: Civil engineering, construction and site management, contract management, Windows, AutoCAD, Takeoff software's, Structural Analysis + design software's.

4. Special Certifications: B. Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
