Our Ras Al Khaimah shipyard plays a key role in the construction of large, high‑end yachts built from scratch, combining advanced engineering with exceptional interior finishing for the ULTIMA Range.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Upholsterers to join our Interior Production team in Ras Al Khaimah, offering long‑term employment within a stable, international company. • Upholster and pad furniture, sofas, benches, bed frames, headboards, wall panels, and custom yacht interior elements.
• Work from technical drawings and design specifications.
• Cut, shape, and install foams, fabrics, leather, and marine‑grade materials.
• Select appropriate construction methods for different substrates and upholstery layers.
• Apply traditional and modern upholstery techniques.
• Operate upholstery machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure high‑quality finishing suitable for luxury yacht interiors.
• Cooperate with interior designers, carpenters, and production teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workspace.

• Proven experience as an Upholsterer, preferably in luxury furniture, yacht, marine, or high‑end interior environments.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong skills in foam fitting, fabric and material cutting, upholstery assembly and finishing.
• Experience with upholstery tools and machinery.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a shipyard/production environment.
