A leading sustainability solutions company is seeking a Head of UAE Growth to drive its commercial expansion in the UAE. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the CEO to engage with key stakeholders across government, utilities, and heavy industries. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in market expansion, strong communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. This position offers high autonomy and direct executive exposure.
As Head of UAE Growth, you will co-lead WasteLocker’s commercial expansion in the United Arab Emirates alongside the CEO, focusing on one of the company’s most strategic growth markets. The role spans engagement with government entities, utilities, heavy industry, real estate developers, ports, and mega-projects.
You will act as the market-builder and commercial counterpart to the CEO, working directly with senior decision-makers to identify priority use cases, shape solution scopes, structure pilots and multi-year engagements, and convert strategic interest into scaled deployments.
This is a full-time / contract role based in the UAE, with high autonomy, direct executive exposure, and ownership of outcomes.
