• Cut, shape, and install foams and fabrics according to technical drawings.
• Select appropriate construction methods for different upholstery layers.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Upholsterers to join our Interior Production team in Ras Al Khaimah.

As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for producing and installing high-quality upholstered elements for luxury yachts, ensuring flawless finish, comfort, and durability in line with Sunreef’s standards.

This role requires strong craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with premium materials in a marine environment.

Proven experience as an Upholsterer, preferably in:

• Luxury furniture
• Yacht, marine, or high‑end interior environments

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Strong skills in:

• Foam fitting
• Fabric and material cutting
• Upholstery assembly and finishing

Experience with upholstery tools and machinery

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work in a shipyard / production environment

Key Responsibilities

• Upholstering and padding:
  • Furniture, sofas, benches
  • Bed frames, headboards, wall panels
  • Custom yacht interior elements
• Working from technical drawings and design specifications
• Cutting, shaping, and installing:
  • Foams
  • Fabrics
  • Leather and marine‑grade materials
• Selecting appropriate construction methods for different substrates and upholstery layers
• Applying traditional and modern upholstery techniques
• Operating upholstery machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring high-quality finishing suitable for luxury yacht interiors
• Cooperating with interior designers, carpenters, and production teams
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workspace
