Responsibilities
  • Architect the “Dual‑Brand” strategy.
  • Build a symbiotic strategy for personal and company brands.
  • Propose radical new formats that shatter the boring codes of the Self‑Help industry.
  • Define distinct editorial lines for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Take full responsibility for the production chain: writing hooks, storyboarding, and ensuring final cuts match the vision.
  • Recruit and onboard creative talent when required.
  • Lead the internal content team, set standards, and push for excellence.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to create acquisition‑focused assets.
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate accordingly.

  • Experience managing creative teams and elevating good video to masterpiece.
  • Elite scripting skills; demonstrate scripts that performed.
  • Performance fluency: content that drives business results, not vanity metrics.
