With growing project volumes and decentralized operations, we are looking to onboard a meticulous Accounts Assistant who can reduce the data entry load on the core finance team and improve turnaround time across departments. This role is key to maintaining quality and consistency in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Voucher Processing:
• Enter financial transactions, invoices, and vouchers accurately into the accounting system.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all entries are backed by relevant documents.
• Coordination & Follow-ups:
• Liaise between the finance, procurement, and admin teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Assist in compiling reports and financial summaries as requested.
• Support to Senior Accountants:
• Work closely with Esakki and Besin to clear backlog, verify documents, and improve data accuracy.
• Take ownership of routine reconciliations and assist during audits.
  

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred (internship/fresher with strong skills can be considered).
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and any accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Detail-focused, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
