Functional Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, On-Prem).
• design Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and AVD.
• Integrate and maintain connectivity between on-premise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Support DR/HA, backup solutions, performance tuning, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Work closely with FinOps or infrastructure cost governance teams to track and optimize cloud usage.
• design in implementing and managing identity and access controls using AD, ADFS, Azure AD, and Conditional Access.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to enable infrastructure for enterprise-wide reporting.
• Participate in solution evaluations, infrastructure planning, and capacity assessments.
• Support the definition of infrastructure standards and best practices across IT teams.
• Contribute to BCP/DR planning and implementation of resilient solutions.
• Work with internal teams and vendors for implementation support and issue resolution.
• Support automation initiatives using scripting and infrastructure as code tools.
