Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers promptly and gather accurate details of their requests.
  • Prepare job cards and provide cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with workshop staff for timely completion of repairs.
  • Communicate any delays to customers and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
  • Deliver equipment/vehicles and explain the invoice and services performed.
  • Promote value-added services to achieve revenue targets.
