About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Director of Legal to lead and develop legal strategy across multiple geographies. This high-impact role is based in Dubai and reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the legal function of our dynamic and fast-growing company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries, managing legal matters with a global scope.
• Leading the development and scaling of the legal team and infrastructure to support the company's growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a startup environment.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including finance, compliance, and operations to drive strategic business decisions and ensure legal alignment with company goals.
• Overseeing management of complex transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.

Who You'll Be Working With

Reporting directly to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will work closely with our Legal and Operations teams.
