A leading defense and maintenance organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Manager for their Armament Workshop to provide leadership and ensure compliance with maintenance standards. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience managing maintenance for tracked and wheeled turret systems along with strong technical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in supervising, managing, or directing maintenance of turret systems.
• Military experience or automotive industry management in weapons maintenance is an advantage.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership guidance and supervision to workshop employees.
• Plan and oversee all maintenance activities for turret systems.
• Ensure compliance with technical manuals, KPIs, and OEM specifications.
• Supervise final inspections for vehicle assembly maintenance.
• Conduct performance reviews and training assessments for employees.

Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in SAP

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Education

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Masters degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
