Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Arabic speaking is strongly preferred.
• Willing to work significantly flexible hours due to Distributors located in various time zones worldwide.
• Willing to travel (foreign/domestic travel required up to 3X per year or more).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Takaful distribution.
• Build and execute on Takaful distribution strategy.
• Identify new distribution channels and partnerships specific to Takaful.
• Motivate Distributors to sell GHNW Takaful solutions.
• Educate and provide training to Distributors on GHNW Takaful products.
