Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to engage with stakeholders and define project scope and requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the insurance sector. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of UAE regulations, as well as experience in user acceptance testing. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Good understanding of UAE insurance market and regulations.
  • Experience creating user acceptance testing documentation and leading UAT.

  • Engage business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  • Document business processes and requirements in approved systems.
  • Work closely with IT Business Systems Analysts to align business processes.
