We are looking for ahighly driven and experienced Team Lead Partnershipsto manage and support ourpartner acquisition reseller partner success and referral partner successteams. This role is ideal for someone with aSaaS background and partnership experiencewho excels atenabling and developing teamsto drive partner success. As theTeam Leadyou will be responsible foronboarding training and supporting your teamto ensure they effectively acquire manage and enable partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide your team with the resources guidance and structure needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coacha team responsible forpartner acquisition reseller partner success and referral partner success.
  • Provide ongoing training and developmentto help the team improve performance drive engagement and maximize partner impact.
  • Support team members in their day-to-day activities removing roadblocks and providing strategic guidance.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams(Sales Marketing Customer Success) to equip the team with the right tools and resources.
  • Monitor team performance setting clear goals and KPIs while providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative high-performance culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Who Were Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in SaaS partnershipswith a focus on managing and enabling teams.
  • Previous experience leading a team ideally in a partnerships or channel sales function.
