Responsibilities
- Receiving supplier invoices and entering them into JDE.
- Checking the coding of all invoices, including overheads.
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Resolving queries related to invoices and reports.
- Monitoring and resolving integrity reports.
- Maintaining the daily filing of accounting papers.
- Preparing adhoc reports and analysis.
- Managing petty cash control and transactions.
- Processing and paying pension contributions monthly.
Skills
