• Establish infrastructure & security governance.

Skills

15+ years total experience

10+ years in trading infrastructure or exchange systems

Deep understanding of market microstructure

Matching engine architecture exposure

FIX 4.4/5.0 protocol knowledge

Derivatives / perpetual futures infrastructure experience

Managed 30+ engineers

Strong distributed systems expertise
