Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified nurses to join our team in supporting an oil and gas project in Libya. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services in various departments, including pediatrics, surgical, laboratory, radiology, Emergency Room, Wards, and ICU. This is an excellent opportunity with a 3+ years contract duration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned departments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document observations
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain patient safety
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
• Nursing Diploma from an accredited university/ Certificate of occupational training for Technicians or equivalent
• Valid license to practice nursing
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PHTLS, or equivalent
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Passport

Contract Details:

• Duty Station: Tripoli Oil Hospital (120 Bed Hospital), Tripoli, Libya
• Contract: 12-month period, with 90 days' probation and is renewable by mutual agreement.
• Working Hours: The maximum weekly working hours are 48. 12-hour shift (4 days on and 3 days off)
• Paid Leave: 30 days annual leave and 14 days additional leave
• Libyan Taxes: Candidates will not be subject to any Libyan taxes.
• Flights: One economy class ticket to and from your home location each year after 12 months worked.
• Travel Allowance: USD 100 will be provided for each flight.
• Accommodation: 1 or 2-bedroom good standard apartments/units provided.
