Job summary

A luxury yacht builder is seeking an HR Operations Assistant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role supports the HR Operations Manager and involves various HR administrative functions such as manual overtime calculations, recruitment assistance, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in HR administration in the UAE, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or operations minimum of 3 years (UAE is a must).
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to calculate overtime manually.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & MS Office.
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, or construction environments preferred.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Understanding of UAE Labour Law basics.

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of employment contracts, onboarding files, and HR documents.
  • Calculate overtime manually for blue-collar workers according to UAE Labour Law and company policy.
  • Process, track, and renew gatepasses for employees and visitors.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, transport, and travel documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with shortlisted candidates.
  • Handle daily HR emails, documentation, and coordination tasks.
