A leading management consultancy firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions, enforce compliance, and manage recruitment initiatives. This role requires a Master in Business Administration, coupled with over ten years of experience in a manufacturing context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR principles, legislation, and best practices. This is a pivotal position that involves strategic guidance and robust decision-making responsibilities.
TheHuman Resource Managerwill lead and direct the routine functions of theHuman Resources(HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
