This role is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Program Manager will provide crucial support in ensuring the smooth execution of various program management‑related activities for the existing Executive Masters in Business Administration degree (EMBA Dubai) and the forthcoming M.A. in International Business and Policy degree (IBP Dubai) which Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service jointly offers. Key responsibilities include assisting with program operations, student support, and faculty and academic support to ensure that all facets of the degree programs are delivered with quality, high‑touch and professionalism. Duties include but are not limited to:
The Program Manager reports to the Director of Student Services and will work closely with the Dubai team, including the Academic/Program Director(s) and in Washington DC the Office of the Dean and Vice Deans Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions and Finance as well as other central offices on Main Campus. This position will require regular communication and collaboration with mid‑career to executive students, seasoned faculty and diverse staff across the university and different time zones, as well as external vendors and service providers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a small but dynamic team are essential for success in this role.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80.
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills and certifications as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
