About the Role

We are seeking a Ticketing Senior Manager to lead and optimize our ticketing systems and related business-critical applications. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless functionality across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee system administration, and implement strategic changes aligned with our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ticketing systems (VivaTicket, Tunn3l, Gantner Locker System) as core business-critical tools.
  • Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee system administration, upgrades, and integrations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage strategic projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to support change management and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance of ticketing applications.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing ticketing applications and related systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms (VivaTicket, Tunn3l) and API integrations.
  • SQL proficiency and project management experience.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Desirable:
  • PMP or ITIL certification.
  • Experience in leisure or entertainment industry.
  • Database management certifications (Oracle, SQL Server).
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and optimization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX and licensing management.
