Accounting Specialist jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance department in managing daytoday accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records process transactions and assist with financial reporting and compliance.

• Assist with data entry bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices expense claims and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
• Support the monthly quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Support the Accountant or Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting tasks.
• Monitor petty cash and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and UAE financial regulations.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 1 3 years in an accounting or finance role (UAE experience preferred).
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or ERP systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
• Availability: Immediately available candidates will be preferred.
