Job Overview

Job Title: Interior Designer – Interior, Swimming Pool & Landscape
Location: Sharjah UAE
Industry: Interior Fit-Out | Swimming Pools | Landscaping
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Project Designer to handle interior, swimming pool, and landscape design projects from concept stage to IFC/working drawings, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs for interior spaces (residential & commercial); swimming pools & water features; villa & commercial landscapes / outdoor areas
• Prepare 2D drawings & 3D visualizations: layout plans, sections, elevations; detailed drawings for joinery, pools, hardscape & softscape
• Coordinate with clients for design brief, mood boards & material selection
• Coordinate with project, MEP & site teams to ensure buildability
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials, finishes, lighting, pool equipment, etc.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules & selection sheets
• Modify/revise drawings based on client & consultant comments
• Support site team during execution with details & clarifications
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for management/clients
• Ensure all drawings and details are delivered as per project timelines

Key Skills & Software

• Strong design sense in interiors, pools & landscapes
• Proficient in:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Revit (any 3D tool)
• Photoshop / Lumion / Enscape for rendering (preferred)
• Ability to prepare:
• Detailed layout drawings, sections, details
• 3D views & realistic renders
• Good understanding of:
• Swimming pool design basics (levels, finishes, edge details)
• Landscape elements (paving, planters, lighting, pergolas, softscape)

Candidate Profile
