Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist I to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Specialist I you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our architectural engineering and construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in one of the worlds most dynamic cities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings to support project presentations and client communications
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards templates and best practices
• Support the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in BIM implementation and management
• Proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong skills in 3D modeling visualization and AutoCAD
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working on architectural engineering or construction projects
• Understanding of AEC industry standards and practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
