Support Technician- Vredendal (Own vehicle essential)

We are looking for a Support Technician (Vredendal - Own vehicle essential) who will be responsible for key accounts regarding product/service offerings, promotion, prices, and delivery. You may also assist regional sales managers at regional offices. Act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

1. Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) stipulated time frame.
2. Maintain first-time fix rate and recall rate under the stipulated requirements.
3. Maintain customer relationships.

1. Be productive based on the calls allocated to you.
2. Ensure compliance with all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures provided by the Field Service Managers (FSM).
3. Maintain and manage sufficient boot stock.
4. Complete administration within time frames as per policies.
5. Action and close new calls within customer Service Level Agreements and Mean Time to Respond / Mean Time to Complete.
6. Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting on retail machines and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).

1. Complete your own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan.
2. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed according to the company's requirements.

1. Matric or other equivalent qualification preferable.
2. A + and N + Qualification Knowledge.
3. 2 years’ experience in maintaining equipment in an IT environment.
4. 1-2 years POS/Electro-Mechanical Skills/Experience from a Technical High School will be an advantage.
