Technical background:You have a technical qualification or proven hands-on experience in tool or equipment repair.
Troubleshooting skills:Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving capabilities.
Practical experience:Experience in a workshop, technical service or repair environment. You are comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Brand familiarity:Familiarity with brands such as Makita, Bosch, Stihl or Ryobi is an advantage.
Digital basics:Basic computer skills for inventory management and service tracking.
