A leading footwear company in Cape Town is looking for a skilled individual to join their planning department. The role involves stock allocation, analyzing store performance, and collaborating with various teams to optimize business decisions. Candidates should have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or apparel. Strong numeracy, business acumen, and advanced Excel skills are essential. This position offers opportunities for growth and is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal candidate should have high energy levels, be a team player with a passion to succeed, be results driven, great at handling deadlines, self-starter, a forward thinker and be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
A sound understanding and proven experience in allocations, analyzing data and general retail principals would be advantageous; but are not essential, as long as you have the drive to learn and achieve. As a key member of the planning department, you’ll have a direct effect on business decisions.
