JIMBU is expanding its Promotional Products division, and we're looking for a driven, experienced, people-loving Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional brand experiences for our clients.

Manage assigned client accounts with exceptional service and responsiveness.
Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external production partners.
Present creative branding solutions and guide clients on the best products and embellishment methods.
Drive client growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Always work with the customer's success in mind.
Juggle multiple briefs, orders, and priorities with ease.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Promotional Products Industry – non‑negotiable.
Strong understanding of branding, merchandise, and embellishment techniques, including:
