Assistant to the CEO (BEng Required)

Insert location – Remote / Hybrid / Onsite as applicable

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO with a BEng qualification.
This role requires a combination of technical background, organizational excellence, and strong communication skills.
The candidate will act as an extension of the CEO, ensuring all discussions, instructions, and initiatives are clearly documented, delegated, and executedp>

Task Management & Execution

• Capture and track all CEO directives and tasks during meetings, site visits, and discussions.
• Ensure timely delegation of tasks to relevant departments.
• Follow up on task progress and report back to the CEO.

Meetings & Documentation

• Attend meetings (remote or in-person) with the CEO.
• Take structured notes, prepare minutes, and circulate action items.
• Draft and deliver professional proposals, customer follow-ups, and summaries after meetings.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Prioritize and elevate issues requiring CEO attention.
• Ensure the CEO's decisions and commitments are executed within agreed timelines.

Strategic Support

• Assist the CEO with research, analysis, and preparation of technical or business documents.
• Provide insights and support in areas that require technical understanding.
• Help drive execution of special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Education : Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree (required).

Previous experience in a technical, project coordination, or executive support role preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; exposure to project management tools beneficial.
