Job summary

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Minimum of Matric

  • Experience in booking in international freight (customs documents, collation of all supplier documents for forex payments etc
  • Handle all outgoing freight with local couriers and managing all aspects of tracking and booking of freight
  • Manage accounts relating to COD clients and account clients (which shipments can leave or waiting for payment)
  • Manage outstanding accounts payments
  • Strong communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
