Job summary
An institution of higher learning in Gauteng seeks a Lecturer to develop engaging course materials and deliver lectures both in-person and online. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, at least 3 years of lecturing experience, and strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with academic standards, conducting research, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in lecturing within higher education.
- SACE registration is mandatory.
- Experience in distance learning will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging course material for in-person and distance learning.
- Ensure adherence to CHE, DHET, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct and publish research aligned with institutional strategy.
- Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
